St. James offers care for students who must arrive on campus earlier than 15 minutes before classes begin, and/or for those students who must stay on campus longer than 15 minutes after classes conclude. St. James calls its program for before/after school care The Wrap Around Program.

After school the students are grouped by age category so that developmentally appropriate care can be provided. The Wrap Around Program is billed separately on a monthly basis.

Parents are under no obligation to use the Wrap Around Program. However, for student supervision and safety it is School policy to require all students who are on campus either 15 minutes before, or 15 minutes after, school to be placed in the Wrap Around Program.

Typically, the program includes games, indoor play, arts and crafts, snack, playground, and time for homework each day.
